Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since we sign you in by emailed link. Tell us promptly at support@swyp.me if you believe someone else has gained access.

Usernames are allocated on a first-come basis and are licensed to you, not sold. We may reclaim a username that is unused, that impersonates someone, or that infringes a trademark — normally after contacting you first.

You keep ownership of everything you upload or publish. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, resize, cache and display that content solely to operate the Service — for example serving your page to visitors or generating its link preview. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already in routine backups, which are removed on our ordinary backup cycle.

You confirm you have the rights to whatever you publish, and that it does not:

• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights
• impersonate another person, brand or organisation
• contain unlawful, defamatory, or sexually explicit material involving minors
• promote violence, hatred or harassment against any group or individual
• distribute malware, phishing pages or deceptive links
• breach Indian law or the law where your visitors are located

We may remove content or suspend a page that breaches this section. Where the breach is not severe we will normally contact you first.

The Service can build a page from a public social media profile you identify. You confirm you own or are authorised to use that profile. We access only information that platform makes publicly available, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or any other platform. Their availability is outside our control, and a change on their side may alter or interrupt this feature at any time.

If someone builds a page using your profile without permission, contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, remove it.

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or another user's account
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Service beyond ordinary browsing
• resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us
• use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages
• interfere with the Service's operation, including by automated load

Paid plans, their prices and what each includes are described on our pricing section. Prices are in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your paid features continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

Prices may change. We may change the price of any plan with at least 30 days' notice by email. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and you may cancel before it takes effect. Promotional or launch pricing applies for the period stated at the time of purchase — for example, a launch rate held for a stated number of months — after which the then-current price applies.

What a plan includes may change. We add, improve and occasionally retire features. Some features are described as forthcoming when you subscribe; we intend to deliver them but cannot commit to a date, and a delay is not grounds for a refund beyond the terms of our Refunds Policy. If we materially reduce what your paid plan includes, we will tell you at least 30 days' in advance, and you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused part of the period you have paid for.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card details.

The free plan is provided as-is and may include our branding on your published page. We may change what the free plan includes, and may suspend free pages that are inactive for an extended period, after notifying you by email.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your content.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these terms, or where we are required to by law. On termination your published page stops being served and your username is released.

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or ₹1,000 if you are on a free plan. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under Indian law.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, dated above.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, save that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
