Refunds & Cancellation
Last updated 21 August 2026 · Hiroko Technologies Private Limited
You can cancel at any time, in two clicks, without emailing anyone. This page explains what happens when you do, and the cases where we refund.
Cancelling
Go to your dashboard and cancel from the plan section. Cancellation takes effect immediately in the sense that you will not be charged again — but you keep your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. A monthly subscription cancelled on the 3rd still runs to the end of that month.
Nothing is deleted when you cancel. Your page stays published and your data stays intact; it simply reverts to the free plan's features at the end of the paid period. If you want your account and data removed entirely, that is a separate request — see our Privacy Policy.
Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance for a period of service. We do not, as a rule, refund part-used periods — cancelling stops the next charge rather than reversing the last one.
We do refund in full in these cases:
- Within 7 days of your first payment. If the product is not what you expected, tell us within a week of your first-ever payment to us and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
- Accidental renewal. If you did not intend to renew and tell us within 7 days of the charge, having not used paid features in that period, we will refund it.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges. Always refunded in full, and we would rather find these ourselves than have you find them.
- Extended outage. If the Service is unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault, we will refund or credit the affected period.
Outside those cases we consider requests individually and in good faith. If something has gone wrong, write to us and explain — we would rather resolve it than hide behind a policy.
How to request a refund
Email support@swyp.me from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge. We reply within 2 working days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Our payment provider typically settles this within 5 to 7 working days, though your bank may take longer to show it. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails we will retry and email you. If it still fails, the subscription moves to the free plan rather than being cancelled outright — your page stays online and your content is untouched. You can restart a paid plan at any time.
Price changes and promotions
A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we give at least 30 days' notice. Where a launch or promotional price is described as locked in, we honour it for as long as your subscription stays continuously active — restarting after a lapse means the then-current price.
Free plan
The free plan involves no payment, so nothing here applies to it. You can stop using it, or delete your account, at any time.
